Imagine the soothing, calming experience of interacting with a cat or dog but with the added benefit of an animal being able to sense emotions, stress, anxiety, depression, and other feelings that even you yourself may not be aware of or have a full understanding of. Not only that, but the animal being able to react, respond, and express behaviors correspondingly and subsequently a trained professional being able to interpret the animal’s responses to help you gain a better understanding of your mental and psychological wellbeing.             Instead of a cat or dog, horses are used in this facility and the best part is that the ability is not something that is trained into the horses but an innate behavior inside of each horse. Horses have developed the ability to have an acute and complete perception of their surroundings. This behavior has been bred into them, over thousands of years, as a tool required for survival in the wild. A horse’s aptitude to sense your disposition, temperament, and emotions far surpasses human perception, even an expert psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker, councilor, or other expert provider.

            At Introspection LLC through Country View Equestrian Center, you can participate in these sessions with horses professionally trained to safely interact with you and know you have the very best from Mason who is certified by the founder of the Equine Assisted Coaching Association.

            Mason is a super survivor that has made it her mission to change the world by advocating for humans and animals equally. Using her intuition to read the people and horses she works with, she is able to hold space for you to heal and resolve problems. She is known to find the silver lining in every cloud and is very empathic. Integrity is her anchor and loves communication. She has a unique ability to understand humans in a deep level due to the trauma she has survived through for over 30 years. With over 25 years working with horses the combination was inevitable.
